A little before 1 p.m., the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) received a call for a boat that overturned on the Dallaire stream in the Baie-Comeau region, Pointe-Lebel sector, with five people on board, including two children. Firefighters, ambulances and police were dispatched to the scene.
The Sûreté du Québec confirms that four people were transported to Le Royer hospital and are in critical condition. A man is missing, however, and the operations of the SQ to locate him are still in progress.
